ANNETTE RIZZI, a Senior Attorney with Menz Bonner & Komar LLP, has extensive experience as a commercial litigation attorney on behalf of major corporations. A 1988 graduate of Columbia Law School, Ms. Rizzi was an Editor of the Columbia Law Review.

Ms. Rizzi was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Peter K. Leisure of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. She graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Rizzi was associated with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, where she litigated significant cases involving anti-trust, contract, securities, insurance and reinsurance disputes.

Ms. Rizzi is admitted to practice in the states of New York and Connecticut, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms. Rizzi practices in the Firm's New York office
