HEATHER JOHNSON, a Senior Attorney with Menz Bonner & Komar LLP, has extensive experience as a commercial litigation attorney on behalf of major corporations. She is also a highly experienced insurance coverage and reinsurance litigator and trial lawyer. A 1997 cum laude graduate of Fordham Law School, Ms. Johnson was a Notes and Articles Editor of the Fordham Law Review.

Ms. Johnson was a Law Clerk to the Hon. Lawrence McKenna of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. She graduated with Highest Honors from Rutgers University where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Johnson was associated with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, where she managed and litigated insurance and reinsurance cases on behalf of major national insurance companies, as well as significant cases involving products liability, securities, employment discrimination, anti-trust and contract disputes.

Ms. Johnson is admitted to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Ms. Johnson practices in the Firm’s New Jersey office.
