MELISSA DRISCOLL is an Associate at the firm. Ms. Driscoll's practice focuses on insurance coverage disputes, as well as on general commerical litigation matters. Ms. Driscoll frequently appears in both state and federal courts on behalf of the Firm's clients.
Ms. Driscoll earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 1998 with a degree in Communications. She received her Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law in May 2004. While in law school, Ms. Driscoll was a summer associate at the firm and was a legal intern at the Quinnipiac University School of Law Civil Clinic where she represented indigent clients and handled bankruptcy, divorce and landlord/tenant disputes.
Ms. Driscoll is admitted to the Bars of the States of New York and Connecticut and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
